Did you know that the heart gives more messages to us than our brain?  That's how important the heart is to us.  Most of us don't know what is stored there and what creativity is within us just waiting to be expressed.

This workshop will help you see what is in your heart and how to use it to make your life feel and be better.  To really be yourself means to be free and when you know what's in your heart you are already there.

We will use collage, drawing, experiential exercises and visualization so you can actually see right in front of you what your heart wants to express.  Using that as a guide we will develop a plan so you can begin to actually live from your heart.
